Incumbent Swiss private bank establishing new digital banking platform with focus on mass affluent and HNW clients under newly established brand. Green field approach defining offering and servicing landscape, pilot markets and subsequent business case for European client coverage model.
Our Contribution:
Definition of strategic offering (including basic banking services such as cards/accounts/payments, sophisticated robo-advisory, personal advice in hybrid coverage model, special investment opportunities PE/ HF & Impact Investments). Establishing the house of offering in line with bank’s strategic market positioning.
Design of end-to-end client user journeys from first platform impression, to digital onboarding to continuous client servicing throughout the provided services. Coverage of legal and regulatory requirements to serve Swiss and European clients out of Switzerland.
