We hereby inform you about the data we collect through this website and how we use it. It is further outlined how you can review the accuracy of this information and arrange for us to remove or correct this data.

    In cooperation with our hosting providers, we endeavour to protect the databases to the best possible from unauthorised access, losses, misuse or falsification. We would like to remind you that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) can be subject to security vulnerabilities. A complete protection of the data against unauthorised access by third parties is not possible.

    3 YOUR RIGHTS

    You can request information about your data stored by us at any time. We kindly ask you to send a request for information by e-mail to the address below. Together with the request, you will need proof of your identity at the same address.

    You have the possibility to request the deletion or correction of your data at any time. You are of course also entitled at any time to revoke your consent to the use or processing of personal data with effect for the future.

    Stored data will be deleted by us if they are no longer needed for the purpose indicated. With regard to the deletion of data, it should be noted that we are subject to certain legal obligations, which provide for certain data to be retained. We have to comply with this obligation. If you wish the deletion of data which are subject to the legal storage obligation, the data will be blocked in our system and only used to fulfil the legal storage obligations. After expiry of the retention period, your request for deletion will be complied with.

    Some of our online recruiting activities enable access to external sites operated by third parties, which are not governed by our Privacy Policy. fintra partners AG does not take responsibility for the privacy practices of such third-party sites.     What information do we collect?

    The types of personal information that fintra partners AG, requests from you and the ways that we process it are determined by the requirements of the office’s country in which the position is located, and not the country in which you reside. If you apply to more than one location or if the role to which you apply is available in more than one country, the types of personal information we request from you and the ways that we process it are determined by the requirements of all our offices’ countries in which the position is located. It can include e.g. your contact data, employment and educational history, grades, and data relating to your recruiting performance.
    In addition to information you directly submit, we also collect information from third-party sources, such as professional recruiting firms, resume books, student organizations, and social media sites, in order to populate your profile. As a result, you may see information in your profile which you did not directly provide to us. We encourage you to revise any data which you feel is inaccurate or outdated or that you prefer not to include and we thank you for your help in keeping your profile up to date.
    We do not seek to collect sensitive personal information about a candidate unless permitted to do so by applicable laws (e.g., US equal opportunity monitoring). We may collect some optional information that may reveal your sensitive personal data when we ask you about your dietary requirements for events registration and you may share with us information or a photo or video, which can reveal for instance your ethnic origin or handicap. Sensitive personal information is a subset of personal information and includes ethnicity, health, sexual orientation, as well as other categories as prescribed by law.
    You are not required to provide any requested information to us, but failing to do so may result in not being able to continue your candidacy for the job for which you have applied.


    How do we use your information?

    Because fintra partners AG operates globally, we need to transfer personal information across geographical borders to other entities, our service providers or business partners in other countries working on our behalf in accordance with applicable law.
